Consider This Your Sign

What leaders noticed, what they ignored and how they knew it was time.

How do you know when it’s time to speak up, change direction or take a leap?

In Consider This Your Sign, I sit down with leaders across business, nonprofits and communities to explore the signals behind a defining decision. Some lead organizations. Others lead a function, a team or an initiative they believe in. Each brings a story about recognizing the moment to act.

We talk about what kept resurfacing, what they initially dismissed and what finally gave them the confidence to act. Expect honest stories, thoughtful questions and room for uncertainty, including the parts that didn’t go according to plan.

30-minute recorded conversations. New episodes released Fridays at noon Pacific once the series launches.

Why this conversation matters to me

TwoTwentyTwo Vantage was inspired by my dad and the little signs that make me feel he’s still cheering me on. When I decided to start my own business after nearly 30 years working in-house, those moments of encouragement took on new meaning.

This series grew from a question I kept coming back to: How do other people recognize when it’s time?

A sign can be a conversation, a pattern, an instinct or an opportunity that won’t leave you alone. I want to explore how people make sense of those moments and find the courage to respond.

Conversation themes

The questions behind the stories

  • 01What kept resurfacing before you acted?
  • 02What did you initially dismiss, and why?
  • 03Who helped you see what you couldn’t see yourself?
  • 04How did you separate instinct from wishful thinking?
  • 05What happened after you made the decision?
  • 06What sign are you paying attention to right now?

Each conversation ends with a question for you to carry into the weekend.

Guest interest

What was your sign?

Have you faced a moment when you knew something needed to change?

Perhaps you challenged a strategy, started an organization, stepped into an unexpected role, rallied people around a cause or spoke up when it mattered. I’d love to hear what you noticed, what made you hesitate and how you decided it was time.

Whether you lead a business, a function, a team, a nonprofit or a community effort, you’re welcome to share your story. Leadership takes many forms, and a formal title isn’t a requirement.

You don’t need a perfectly polished success story. An honest experience with something others can learn from is a wonderful place to start.

What to expect

A recorded conversation, a short prep call and questions shared in advance. No presentation required. Recording is scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

Share your role, organization or the work you’re bringing people together to do.

Submitting this form expresses interest and does not confirm a guest appearance. If there’s a fit for an upcoming conversation, I’ll be in touch.
